Spaghetti with a difference
The beauty of this spaghetti recipe is that it is very easy to make and you don't have to add any seasoning to achieve wonderful flavor. The sauce gets all of its seasoning from two Italian sausages - one sweet, one spicy.

Baked Salmon
Wild salmon is one great fish to eat and besides its good taste, there are health benefits. Salmon is high in Omega 3 (the good fat!). Omega 3 oils generate a string of eicosanoids that have been known to decrease the risk for heart disease, inflammatory processes and certain types of cancers. Additionally, current research is uncovering a host of new preventive and curative Omega 3 attributes. This is all good news for those who love to eat salmon!

Local Seafood Fried Rice
Fried rice is a representative Chinese dish, at least in the old days. It has rice, it uses stir fry, it is cooked in the Cantonese style. I have heard people use fried rice as a symbol of Chinese cooking. While there are literally thousands of other Chinese dishes out there, fried rice may very well be the first thing that comes to some peoples' minds when the word Chinese cooking is mentioned. Fried rice is always good, because you can toss just about anything in it and it will still taste good.

Korean Noodles
Noodle lovers will feel right at home in Korea. The country has many noodle shops, selling products which are as good as any noodles in the world. Korean noodles are made from either buckwheat or regular wheat flour. The most prized are the thin, brownish ,buckwheat noodles which are served in soups based on beef, poultry, or anchovy stock.

Hong Kong Style Stir Fried Noodle
One of the more popular stir-fried noodle dishes in Malaysia. Bear in mind, this is not the regular soft and soggy lo mein yellow noodles or wonton egg noodles. Traditionally, stir-fried noodles is cooked with specially prepared fresh thick yellow egg noodles and a combination of meats, seafood, vegetables, and a special ingredient, crispy pork cubes. You can really taste the breath of wok as you slurp away the plump and springy fat yellow egg noodles drenched in rich thick black soy sauce and a mixture of one tiny bite of the crispylicious pork bits is enough to blow your tastebuds away. Hong Kong stir-fried noodles also employ a very similar type of noodles.

Thai Style Seafood Spaghetti
Seafood sauce to flavour spaghetti noodles. In typical Thai style the sauce is full of big pieces of calamari, peppercorns and other seafood all fried. Actually, it is a combination between Western food (Spaghetti) and Thai food (Fried Mixed Seafood).
