• This contest is open to all participants residing in Malaysia only. 
• All prizes must be SELF COLLECTED at selected Red Box Plus, Red Box & Green Box Karaoke outlets within the stipulated time (3 months).
• Please bring along your Original IC or Original Passport (for Non-Malaysian) for identity verification.
• Prizes not collected within the stipulated redemption period will be forfeited.
• Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
• Red Box Karaoke Malaysia will not be responsible for any damaged, spoiled or lost of goods after prize redemption.
• Red Box Karaoke Malaysia reserves the rights to amend the rules and regulations without any prior notice to the participants.
