• The food items in the package cannot be changed and the drinks are non-refillable.

• The maximum duration of the free karaoke is set at 2 hours per room per check-in. Please note that extensions are not available for additional orders of the Joyous Malaysia Day Celebration package.

• If customers would like to top up karaoke hours, they may opt for the room charge.

• Menu items differ for selected outlets, kindly refer to Red Box Karaoke’s website for more information.
