• Participants' social media account must be public in order for us to see their entries.

• Participants must be residing in Malaysia and at least 18 years old.

• Participants must Like and Subscribe Sony Music Malaysia Domestic's Facebook and Youtube Page.

• Participants must Like and Subscribe Red Box Karaoke Malaysia's Facebook and Youtube Page.

• Prizes are non-transferable, prizes and vouchers are subjected to the terms and conditions of Red Box Karaoke Malaysia.

Prize Terms & Conditions:

​

• The winner is entitled to a Complimentary 3 Hour Karaoke session at the winner’s desired Red Box Karaoke outlet in normal rooms (excluding VIP & VVIP rooms), including complimentary selected food and beverages worth RM60.

• Winners’ Identification Card or Passport is necessary upon check-in.

• The Free 3 Hours Karaoke and Selected Food & Beverages Meal Set is valid for one-time redemption only.

• The RM50 Red Box Cash Voucher is not applicable to any alcoholic products.

• Valid at all selected Red Box Plus, Red Box and Green Box outlets.

• Valid for redemption all day long from Mondays to Thursdays only, excluding weekends, Public Holiday Eve and Public Holidays.

• Rooms are on a first come first serve basis.

• A 1-day advanced booking is required.

• Rooms will be assigned according to the number of visiting pax, winners can visit in a group of up to a maximum of 10 pax.

• The winner will be contacted by Red Box Karaoke’s customer service when they have won the prize.

• The promotional period to claim the offer is within 3 months from the day of the prize acknowledgement letter issuance.

• Winners may be required to take part in reasonable publicity relating to this promotion without further remuneration.

• In the event of suspicious activity, Red Box Karaoke Group reserves the right to request proof of winning, gather information or obtain further evidence to confirm the legitimacy of the win.

• Incomplete, illegible, invalid, misdirected, or incorrect details provided during check-in to redeem the offer will not be accepted.

• If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
