• Red Box Valentine’s flowers are only available for pre-orders, walk-in purchases are not allowed.

• Full payment is required upon pre-ordering.

• Pre-orders can be done via Facebook and Instagram messages, calling and Whatsapp our selected outlets or calling customer service at 03-7660 3990.

• Pre-orders are on a first come first serve basis, while stocks last.

• Pre-ordered flowers are to be collected at selected outlets in Klang Valley on 14th February 2023 only.

• Selected outlets include Red Box Plus Pavilion KL, Red Box The Gardens, Red Box Empire Shopping Gallery, Red Box The Curve, and Green Box AEON Bukit Tinggi.

• Customers must collect the flowers at our outlets only. No deliveries are allowed.
