In the members’ portion of this Website, you may also be asked to login with your membership username and a password to access. Keep your membership login username and password secure and protected from unauthorized use or access. You shall not disclose to any person your password and shall not permit or authorize any person to use your membership login number or password for any purpose whatsoever.
 

Be entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under the use of your membership number and password whether or not actually or expressly authorised by you.
 

Notify RED BOX KARAOKE immediately at support@redbox.com.my if you become aware or suspect that your membership login username and password have been misused or compromised in any way, or any other breach of security that comes to your attention.
 

RED BOX KARAOKE may inactivate, without notice or allowance, your account in case of no respect by you of these general conditions, or other acts against RED BOX KARAOKE’s interests.
 

RED BOX KARAOKE may terminate your membership, delete your profile and any content or information that you have posted on the Website and/or prohibit you from using or accessing the Website (or any portion, aspect or feature of the Website) for any reason or suspicion at any time in its sole discretion, with or without notice.


Use of Electronic Service

To protect the interests of all our Members, RED BOX KAROKE has adopted a Zero-Tolerance stance of spam. Any Member caught spamming will be immediately terminated of his membership. If a Member is terminated for spamming, he or she will lose all Members privileges and/or forfeited of any unpaid monies and unfulfilled bookings. If the spamming activities result in any damage or cause any of the RED BOX KARAOKE other materials. RED BOX KARAOKE shall not be responsible for either the availability or the contents of other third party websites that may be linked to it. RED BOX KARAOKE assumes no responsibility for the deletion or stored email messages.
 

The Contents of this Website are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RED BOX KARAOKE do not warrant and hereby disclaim any warranty:

Unauthorized Claims and Actions

A Member is fully responsible for all of his or her verbal and written statements made regarding RED BOX KARAOKE’s website. Members agree to indemnify RED BOX KARAOKE and RED BOX KARAOKE’s directors, officers, employees, agents, and hold them harmless from any and all liability including judgments, civil penalties, refunds, attorney fees, court costs, or loss of business suffered by RED BOX KARAOKE as a result of the Member’s unauthorized representations or actions.

Notices

Any notice given by either party must be in writing and will be deemed duly served if delivered by email notification to the Member’s official email address as allocated by the RED BOX KARAOKE or provided by the Member.

Credit Card

Credit card details are required in order to guarantee your reservation. In order to safeguard and encrypt your credit card information when in transit to us, we use MOL Pay (with “Secure Socket Layer (SSL)”) as our payment gateway for our services. For certain rates or special offers, please note that your credit card may be pre-authorized or charged (sometimes without any option for refund) upon reservation and confirmation of the booking. Please check the promotion details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation. In the event of credit card fraud or unauthorized use of your credit card by third parties, most banks and credit card companies bear the risk and cover all the charges resulting from such fraud or misuse, which may sometimes be subject to a deductible . In the event that your credit card company or bank charges you the deductible because of unauthorized transactions resulting from a reservation made on this Website, the costs shall be borne solely by you.

Payment 

Payment must be paid in full when a booking is made. In the event that the payment has not been paid in full for any reason whatsoever, we reserve the right to cancel the booking prior to check-in and/or to disallow you to utilize our services.
 

By making a reservation through this Website, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of this Website. The general cancellation and no-show policy is as follows :

-By making a reservation through this Website, you accept and agreed that no cancellation or refund will be entertained.

Lateness

We shall hold rooms for a maximum of 45 minutes from check in time and we reserve the rights to re-assign suitable timing for the balance of unused duration of bookings.

No Show

No refund will be entertained for any bookings that fails to turn-up.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall be filed only in the national, federal or state courts located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and you hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating such an action.

Adherence to Laws and Ordinances

Some countries, states, provinces, territories, counties and cities have laws regulating certain websites. In most cases these laws are not applicable to Members. However, Members must obey those laws that do apply to them.
