• Promotion Period: 8th December 2023 until further notice

• Customers who purchased the Red Box Unlimited Karaoke Monthly Pass can redeem 3 hours of karaoke every day (Mondays to Sundays) before 6 pm, EXCLUDING public holiday eve and public holidays.

• Customers may simply present their NRIC upon check-in to redeem their benefits.

• Customers may redeem their benefits starting on the same day of their purchase.

• Redeemable for one (1) time per room, per outlet, per day only.

• Customers in the same group who do not possess the monthly pass are required to pay the Head Charges when they check-in.

• Food and beverages are excluded and in ala carte order.

• The Monthly Pass is only available for purchase in-stores only. No online transactions are allowed.

• The Monthly Pass valid for one (1) month (30 Days) only. Customers may visit their nearby outlets to renew their Pass.

• Applicable to Normal Rooms only, not applicable to VIP and VVIP rooms.

• Rooms will be assigned according to visiting pax and are subject to availability.

• Applicable at all Red Box Plus, Red Box and Green Box outlets.

• Not applicable with other ongoing promotions, vouchers, discounts or offers.

• All prices are subject to a 10% Service Charge & 8% service tax (starting from 1st April 2024 onwards).

• Applicable to both Red Box members and non-Red Box members.
