• Price: RM98++ per pax (Min 10 pax and above)

• Includes: Food Package, Signature Fruit Platter (Regular) and Free Flow Beverages (Coca-Cola & Sprite)

• The compulsory Basic Package still applies for Red Box Plus Pavilion KL’s VIP and VVIP rooms if customers opt for the Annual Dinner Package.

• Promotion Period: 26th December 2022 – 21st January 2023

• The Annual Dinner Package includes:

• Food Package (consisting of 3 Main Courses, 2 Appetizers, and 1 Soup)

• 1 Signature Fruit Platter (Regular)

• Free-Flow Beverages (Coca-Cola & Sprite)

• A minimum of 10 pax is required to order the Annual Dinner Package.

• For VIP and VVIP Rooms, the package price is included in the minimum spending, customers are required to top up with additional orders to reach the minimum spending amount to enjoy the karaoke room for free if the food package orders do not meet the minimum spending amount.

• Additional charges apply if customers do not meet the required minimum spending amount.

• The compulsory Basic Package still applies for Red Box Plus Pavilion KL’s VIP and VVIP rooms if customers opt for the Annual Dinner Package.

• For normal rooms, the package price is NOT included in the Room Charge, customers are required to pay for the Room Charges accordingly.

• Rooms will be assigned to customers depending on visiting pax.

• Customers must make a booking and pay a 30% deposit at least 2 weeks in advance to secure and confirm the booking for VIP and VVIP rooms.

• The 30% deposit is non-refundable.

• Menu items in the Annual Dinner Package cannot be changed with menu items from outside the given selections, only changes made within the provided menu items are allowed.

• If customers want to amend their menu selection or booking date, a 5-day notice is required, there are no extra charges but the food items and rooms are subject to availability.

• Karaoke rooms are on a first-come-first-serve basis, advanced reservation is encouraged.

• Customers can make a booking by Calling or Whatsapp the respective outlets, Customer Service (603-7660 3990 or customerservice@redbox.com.my) or by contacting Red Box Karaoke via Facebook and Instagram inboxes.

• Available at all Red Box Plus, Red Box & Green Box outlets, EXCEPT Red Box Empire Shopping Gallery.

• Available every day, for all day long, including Public Holiday Eve and Public Holidays during the promotional period.

• Applicable for both Member & Non-Member.

• Not valid with any other ongoing Promotions, Discounts, Vouchers & Offers.

• All prices are subjected to a 10% Service Charge and a 6% Service Tax.

• The management shall reserve the right to adjust the price of products/services without any prior notice.

• The Management reserves the right to alter the terms & conditions without any prior notice.
