Terms & Conditions:

• Promotion Period: 1 December 2025 – 31 March 2026
• The Package includes Selected Food and Free-Flow Beverages.
• FREE 3 HOURS KARAOKE only available for NORMAL ROOMs ONLY
• Applicable for selected Room Types only, the food can be arranged in a shared platter or ala carte style, private buffet style only applies to selected room types.
• The Package is only applicable for:

1. Red Box Plus Pavilion KL and Red Box Plus The Exchange TRX – Premier Room onwards
2. Red Box The Gardens and Red Box The Curve – Deluxe Room onwards
3. Red Box 1st Avenue, Red Box AEON Bukit Tinggi and Red Box AEON Seremban 2 – Superior Room onwards

• Rooms will be assigned to customers based on their visiting pax, additional charges apply if customers choose room types that are different than the assigned room type.
• The compulsory Basic Package is still required for Red Box Plus Pavilion KL and Red Box Plus The Exchange TRX’s VIP and VVIP rooms if customers opt for the Package.
• Customers who opt for the package and check into VIP and VVIP rooms after 6PM are required to reach the room’s Minimum Spend.
• The Package price is included in Minimum Spending, customers can top up with ala carte orders to reach the minimum spending to enjoy a longer karaoke session.
• The Package price is NOT included in the Room Charge and Head Charges, after the free 3-hour duration, if customers wish to extend their session, they may top up with Room Charges.
• A minimum of 8 pax is required to order the Package.
• Customers must make a reservation at least 1-3 days in advance and pay a 30% deposit to secure and confirm the booking. The 30% deposit is non-refundable.
• BUT if customers want to order on the spot, Manager please monitor it see whether kitchen can do.
• Menu items in the Package cannot be changed.
• Karaoke rooms are on a first-come-first-serve basis.

• Customers can make a booking by Calling or WhatsApp the respective outlets, Customer Service (603-7660 3990 or customerservice@redbox.com.my) or by contacting Red Box Karaoke via Facebook and Instagram inboxes.
• Available at All Red Box Plus & Red Box outlets EXCEPT Nu Empire.
• Available every day, for all day long, including Public Holiday Eve and Public Holidays during the promotional period.
• Applicable for Member & Non-member.
• Not applicable with other ongoing Promotions, Discounts, Vouchers or offers.
• All prices are subjected to a 10% Service Charge and a 8% Service Tax.
• The management shall reserve the right to adjust the price of products/services without any prior notice.
