2. Birthday Treat

- For Normal Rooms, birthday members are entitled to get a 1-hour FREE karaoke session per day per visit with no minimum spend.

- For VIP and VVIP rooms, birthday members must reach the required minimum spending of the room only then they can be entitled to get a 1-hour FREE karaoke session.

- Rooms are limited, on a first-come-first-serve basis, advanced booking is encouraged.

- Birthday members are entitled to get TWO (2) FREE selected drinks per room at Red Box Plus & Red Box outlets.

- Birthday members are entitled to get ONE (1) FREE FLOW selected drink per room at Green Box outlets.

- Birthday treats are valid on birthday member’s actual birthday date OR 3 days before/after their birthday date.

- Limited to ONE (1) birthday member per room per visit only.

- Red Box members must present NRIC and member card / Red Box Booking App for verification purposes.
