2. No minimum spend required. Customers only need to pay with RedPay card or App (any amount) at Red Box outlets to qualify.
3. The more transactions made using Redpay, the higher chances to win the tickets
4. The total will have 6 winners.
5. Winners will announce at 31 October 2025 6pm and 5 December at 6pm
6. Available at all RedBox Plus & RedBox outlets.
7. The rooms are assigned according to the number of sitting pax, additional charges may apply if minimum sitting pax is not met.
8. Karaoke rooms are on a first-come-first-serve basis, advanced reservation is encouraged.
9. Customers can make a booking by Calling or WhatsApp the respective outlets, Customer Service (603-7660 3990 or customerservice@redbox.com.my) or by contacting Red Box Karaoke via Facebook and Instagram inboxes.
10. Available every day, for all day long, including Public Holiday Eve and Public Holidays during the promotional period.
11. Applicable for Redpay Users Only
12. Not applicable with other ongoing Promotions, Discounts, Vouchers or offers.
13. All prices are subjected to a 10% Service Charge and a 8% Service Tax.
